The team behind this venture have the highest pedigree in terms of previous success within HealthTech startups, having already taken 6 startups from inception to $Billion IPO.

Edison Hill Search is proud to be engaged exclusively by this organisation to help grow their core Technology and Digital Creative teams with the introduction of a Frontend Tech Lead, reporting directly into the CTO. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Head of Technical Delivery, Head of Customer Experience and other Tech Leads to help define and deliver a technical roadmap.

The core team of Tech Leads will be based in central London with a remote augmented development team situated in Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the CTO to define the strategy for the frontend technical design
• Create low level technical designs and brief the development
• Define code standards for the front-end domain
• Lead code reviews for Frontend coding
• Select staff that you want working on your team
• Of course, actually code in React!

About you:

• Someone with both user-centred design and digital product experience.
• Driven by purpose, you have a desire to be part of something meaningful and innovative. You thrive in a fast moving environment and enjoy diversity.
• Must have a deep understanding of customer needs, and the processes required to build a meaningful user experience. Working with users and the internal team to understand problems and uncover key insights.
• Several years’ experience leading others
• Collaborative team player, knows how to encourage the best out of others
• Good experience with React
• Experience with React Native (desirable)
• Passionate about the craft of making an interface beautiful
• Wants to write and own a code base that is made of good, clean and well-tested code
