You will become the first employee with formal responsibility for all things QA and testing.

Role and Responsibilities
Senior QA Engineer
• Design, build, and create Test plans
• Encourage and train existing engineering teams in writing their own integration and unit tests
• Helping write documentation for quality management and regulatory assessment, signing off the testing and quality of the system.
• Writing acceptance criteria
• Black Box Testing
• Plan and setup a formal software testing environment, including CI, nightlies etc as appropriate
• Act as a "gate keeper", to provide an extra layer of assurance across all disciplines
• Ensure clinical safety and compliance requirements are considered and met
Technologies
Within the environment include:
• JVM languages (Kotlin, Clojure), Typescript, Functional programming, Microservices
• React, React Native, Java, Android & iOS native, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure
Requirements
All applicants must have
• The ability to thrive in an environment founded on trust, autonomy and direct communication & feedback
• A passion for solving problems and taking responsibility from start to end
• A minimum of 5 years experience as a QA Engineer
• Experience working in a fast paced and iterative environment
