Which is partly why a Technical Lead is required, someone to closely manage their talented in-house development team across the UK & India of currently 10 and growing, with an additional integrated offshore team based in Eastern Europe.
You will be happy to cut code on a daily basis, primary stack is Visual Studio on the back end complimented by a variety of cutting front end and mobile technologies, CMS knowledge (Optimizely or Umbraco), and designing solutions and system architecture. You’d be a committed agile evangelist and strict follower of regular sprint delivery and daily stand-ups’, able to motivate, mentor lead and grow the team, conducting code reviews and offering guidance when needed. Finally, as you’d expect, be able to instil confidence in those solutions being proposed to clients.
